Who is responsible

The publisher named in the legal notice (in French) is responsible for the processing described on this page.

Audience measurement

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies or browser fingerprinting and only gives us aggregated figures, such as pages viewed, referring sites, country, browser or type of device.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, California 94107, USA). Like any web server, it processes technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages.

Emails

When you write to contact@rankcomet.com, Cloudflare forwards your message to the publisher’s personal mailbox, a Gmail account provided by Google. Your address and your message are only used to answer you and are deleted once the exchange is over.

Transfers outside the European Union

Cloudflare, Inc. is a US company, and Google, which provides Gmail, processes data on servers in several countries. The technical data mentioned above and your emails may therefore be processed outside the European Union.

The site shows no advertising yet. This page will be updated before any ad appears, with the list of cookies involved and how to refuse them.

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete data about you, or object to its use, by writing to contact@rankcomet.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, on cnil.fr.
